Utility Warehouse Partner Earnings Transformed: Flexible Commission & Guaranteed Income
UW has once again raised the bar
At Amplify 2025, Utility Warehouse unveiled what I believe are some of the most exciting updates in our company’s history — not just for customers, but for Partners like me who build our UW businesses every day.
Alongside headline-grabbing customer offers, UW also announced a ground-breaking update to how Partners can earn: a new Flexible Commission model, plus a £2,000 guaranteed minimum monthly income for Senior Group Leaders (SGLs).

What Is Flexible Commission?
Until now, UW Partners had two ways to earn when signing up customers:

The Three Commission Options Explained
Full CGB (Upfront-Focused):
Up to £300 per new customer upfront. Residual income (PRI) starts after 2–5 years. Best for those who want a quick cash injection.
Opt Out (Residual-Focused):
Full PRI starts from month one. Over time, this can generate more commission overall.
Half CGB (Balanced):
NEW at Amplify. 50% upfront bonus + 50% PRI from month one. During trial period (to end of 2025): 50% upfront bonus + full PRI from month one. Truly the best of both worlds.

From October 2025, active and leading Senior Group Leaders (SGLs) who qualify will receive a minimum Group Residual Income (GRI) of £2,000 per month.
How It Works
- SGLs must be “in status” for 22+ days a month.
- On a rolling 3-month average: 4 points per month (3 must be customer-related).
- 25+ active Partners in the team (waived for first 3 months).
If you hit these criteria, you’re guaranteed £2,000 monthly income — even if your GRI calculations fall short.
