UW / Utility Warehouse / Make Money / Partner rewards
For a Utility Warehouse Distributor, the potential rewards are impressive – immediate income, residual, cash bonuses, car plan, holiday incentives and share options!

What's your reason why?
The Utility Warehouse Distributor opportunity first opened its doors in 1996 and over this last two decades, has welcomed over 60,000 Partners – all with their own reason to join. During that time, whilst the business has evolved beyond all recognition, it’s fair to say that the ‘why’ usually falls under one of the following categories. Which one would be the most important to you or someone you know?
- Immediate income needs
- Financial security
- More free time
- Life experiences
- Retirement & legacy

Utility Warehouse Distributor rewards in summary
-
Utility Warehouse Distributor rewards include a Customer Gathering Bonus (CGB) for every new customer they gather. For UW Partners, the more services a customer takes, the higher the amount of CGB available. To generate CGB, the customer must become active with at least one live Eligible Service. There is no limit to the number of customers that can be gathered or the amount of CGB that can be earned. Typically, UW Partners earn £250-£300 per multi-service (homeowner) customer gathered.
-
In their first 30-days, new UW Partners can earn an extra £300-£500 in Fast Start bonus payments.
-
Residual Income is the way that UW share with their Partners the ongoing profits being made from the customers they have gathered personally (personal residual income), and also (but at a different rate) a share of the profits from customers gathered by Partners in their team (group residual income). Both types of residual income are calculated at the same time and paid monthly, based on the amount that customers were billed for using UW services.
-
In order to encourage support and mentoring, UW pay Partners who assist new Partners to gather customers in their first 30 days and provide the necessary tools to make this easy. Supporting Partners receive payments of between £25-£150 per customer they help to sign-up.
-
To encourage Leaders to drive and support promotions within their teams, Group Leaders and Senior Group Leaders can qualify for LDB payments based on members within their team achieving promotion to Team Leader (£300), Senior Team Leader (£500), Group Leader (£2000) and Senior Group Leader (£5000).
-
To encourage and reward UW Partners who are working consistently at building their business, a promotion bonus is payable on achieving promotion to Team Leader (TL) or above within a pre-determined period of their most recent promotion. The value of the promotional bonus increases from £300 when a Partner reaches TL, up to £20,000 on becoming National Network Leader (NNL). UW Partners can earn a total of up to £38,500 in promotional bonuses as they climb the ‘stairway to success’.
-
UW Partners who has gather 50, 100, 200, 500 or 1,000 personal customers are automatically promoted to UW’s exclusive ‘Plus Clubs’. While they remain a plus club member, they are paid a higher level of personal residual income each month, and are eligible to receive a range of other valuable benefits.
-
Once a UW Partner has successfully established themselves as a 50 plus club member with a residual income of £50 per month, they can apply for an electric bike. And once a UW Partner reaches Team Leader with 75 (or more) customers, with an average monthly residual income of £100 over the previous three months, they can apply for a hire purchase agreement for a vehicle offered by UW at that time. The vehicles currently offered are a new electric or petrol BMW Mini (or for SGL’s in Status, Tesla Model Y or 3 Long Range EV, BMW iX3 EV or BMW X3 PHEV). Please note that UW reserves the right to change the type of vehicles offered at its sole discretion. Additional Green Bonuses (based on earning Activity Points) are available to Partners on the UW Vehicle Plan with Green Vehicles, which can help bring down the cost of owning these cars.
-
Home-Starter is designed to give IDs the opportunity to get onto the housing ladder, by providing them with a £25,000 deposit to use towards purchasing their first home.
To receive the £25,000 deposit (which is a loan) you will need to successfully gather one member a week (on average) over five years. There are no monthly targets, but you must gather a minimum of 40 gross new members each year for at least four years and achieve the overall targets for this incentive.
After receiving your Home-Starter Loan, then provided that you continue gathering (on average) four customers per month for another five years, we will write-off the loan so it never needs to be repaid; this is explained in detail below. Important note: Your Home-Starter deposit is a Loan repayable out of future income generated by your Utility Warehouse position. If you do not meet the minimum activity requirements after receiving your £25,000 Loan, then interest and repayments will be deducted from your monthly commission as set out below.
-
UW Partners who have achieved a status of SGL (or above) can choose to retire from the business and ‘lock-in’ their future entitlement to residual income. Under the UW Retirement Plan, a Partners income can even continue to grow depending on activity within a group.
-
Utility Warehouse offer regular holiday incentives for their Partners. These range from luxury European weekend breaks to all expenses paid holidays of a lifetime to locations all over the world. Options are always included to cater for family rewards.
-
UW have a comprehensive recognition programme, including Lapel Pins, Certificates, Trophies, Champagne and many other awards – even performance car rewards and luxury holidays. UW have special Plus Clubs for their top Customer Gatherers, and frequent competitions with superb prizes which everyone can win.
At regular intervals, UW run Partner event, when the corporate Directors and Leading Distributors present awards and celebrate personal and team achievements.
