How much do UW Partners get paid in residual income & other bonus payments?
From an earnings perspective, UW Partners have a genuine level playing field. This applies as much to the upfront commission payments (paid from day one), as it does to the longer term benefits of building a passive income, payable as an ongoing percentage of customer utility bills.
Crucially, the earnings potential paid to new UW Partners joining today, is far better than it was 10 and 20 years ago. Today for example, UW Partners can earn upfront customer gathering bonus payments of up to £300 per customer, plus potential bonus payments and other incentives on top. The addition of these higher upfront commission payments have allowed new UW Partners to earn life changing incomes from month one, plus they can still build long-term residual incomes of between 1% and 6% of their customers bills each month – continuing for as long as their customers remain with UW. Given the company’s low customer churn rate, residual income payments can become substantial, secure and long term.
On the subject of ‘other incentives’, UW Partners benefit from an ongoing program of extra financial rewards, promotional bonus payments and other exciting incentives. Popular amongst these incentives are holiday promotions, the UW car plan, and the company’s annual Christmas promotion.
Consistent activity is the key to earning an income as a UW Partner. Some use UW to get paid an extra £100-£400 per month. Others replace their regular salaries and work their UW business on a full-time basis. Within this ‘category’, earnings of £1000-£5000 per month are common. UW Partners taking a longer-term view on the true financial potential of UW, go on to earn life-changing residual incomes of £5,000 per month plus. According to the company’s compensation plan, the upper limit for a National Network Leader (five star) is for a monthly passive income of £83,333 per month (£1m per annum).
A level that many UW Partners aspire to is Senior Group Leader (SGL). At the time of publishing this article, approximately 150 UW Partners have been promoted to SGL. According to the UW compensation plan, UW Partners at the SGL level can earn a maximum of £10,000 per month (£120,000 per annum) in residual income on their ‘group’ customers i.e., on customers they did not personally gather, but were gathered within their team.
It is important to point out that there is no limit on residual income payable on personal customers (typically £30-£60 per year on customers personally gathered) and there is no limit on the number of personal customers that a UW Partner is allowed to gather. Given the attractiveness of upfront customer gathering bonuses, it is common place for UW Partners to personally gather in excess of 200 personal customers, with some UW Partners exceeding 1000 personal customers gathered.
The company does publish earnings data on an annual basis. The most recent data (December 2022 to February 2023) reports average earnings of £488 per month.
