My special guest on ‘Wes Linden’s Big Night In’ this Sunday is the leadership legend John Addison. His time with Primerica made successful CEOs of all time where he was instrumental in making their move to the New York Stock Exchange.
Primerica are a major direct selling company who offer services which is what drew him and Utility Warehouse (UW) together when he retired and he’s spent the last couple of years as a consultant and adviser to UW remotely, as well as coming over to the UK to speak at Express Day twice, and many of you will have also seen him speak at The Big Kick Off.
His book, Real Leadership, is considered one of the most prominent leadership books of the era, and he’ll be sure to wow us this weekend for our fireside chat, with his insights into growing your team, your customer base, your culture, your leadership skills and your income.
