Senior Team Leader is a significant promotion. For a UW Partner to reach this position on UW’s ‘stairway of success’ they must gather a minimum of 15 personal customer plus have a group of no less that 250 customers. In addition their team structure must include three Qualified Distributor ‘legs’ and two Team Leader ‘legs’. New UW Senior Team Leaders can receive a one-off promotional bonus of £500 and can earn no more than £48,000 per annum.
