Increasing numbers see UW as a viable work from home, remote working employment opportunity
Work-from-home or home-based employment opportunity
Whilst joining Utility Warehouse (UW) as an independent Partner has always been classed as a work-from-home or home-based employment opportunity, prior to the introduction of the UW Quick Income Plan (QUIP), UW was not immediately viable as a career alternative. Pre- QUIP, it was more likely that joining UW would be a part-time or second-income opportunity and one that would take several years of work to reach a meaningful income. Whereas prior to QUIP, UW Partners were restricted to a Customer Gathering Bonus (CGB) of seldom more than £50 per customer, these days the QUIP aspect of the company’s compensation plan will pay out as much as £370 as an upfront bonus – thus making the ‘business’ far more viable as a meaningful work-from-home self-employed position.
Highly effective remote-working systems
Forced to a big extent by the Covid-19 health crisis, UW has navigated the challenges of social distancing by introducing highly effective remote-working systems that allow UW Partners to work from home more effectively than was ever possible before. With solid leadership from CEO Andrew Lindsay, the company’s IT team have created new online systems that can facilitate and track remote customer and Partner sign-ups. Backed with professional training, these new remote business building tools have contributed to record numbers of both customers and Partners joining the Company since the first national lockdown.
UW as an immediate full-time home-based and self-employed ‘job’
There are still large numbers of UW Partners joining to supplement their household income by £200 or more per month. However, increasing numbers are turning to UW as an immediate full-time home-based and self-employed ‘job’. QUIP combined with remote working tools is making this all possible and it’s a good job for UW, as prior to the Covid-19 health crisis, virtually all customer gathering activity was carried out on a one-to-one basis.
