What Is the Utility Warehouse Price Pledge?
The UW Price Pledge is available to all new customers joining from 22 April 2024 who:
Take 3+ qualifying services (Energy, Mobile SIM, Insurance, and Broadband)
Sign up for and regularly use the UW Cashback Card
If, after their first 12 months, they haven’t saved money compared to their previous provider (or the cheapest major competitor), UW will:
Pay them double the difference
Waive any exit fees, so they can switch freely

How Does the Price Pledge Work?
Customers are eligible if they sign up on or after 22 April 2024 and take at least three qualifying services and the Cashback Card within 42 days.
Between months 12–15, they can submit a claim to UW by email. UW then compares:
The total cost of UW services over 12 months (minus any cashback earned or £160 minimum if greater)
Against the cost of equivalent services from the customer’s previous or cheapest major provider at the time of sign-up
If UW wasn’t cheaper, they pay double the difference—and the customer can leave without any penalty.
