As you know, we’re on a mission to become the Nation’s most trusted utility supplier – the one you’d recommend to your mum. And one of the key aspects of gaining the trust of Members is to ensure we treat them fairly. Which is why we are making some important changes to our bundles:
- We don’t think it’s fair that loyal Members should pay more than new Members for our services. So we will no longer be offering ‘Six months’ free Broadband’ as a benefit for new Members taking Gold Talk or Double Gold bundles.
- We are improving the benefits available to homeowners, to make it easier for you to sign up homeowners in future. This is really important, as homeowners are the most valuable type of customer for everyone.
- We’re getting rid of the ‘Half-Price Calls’ benefit for Gold Talk customers, because fewer and fewer people are making lots of calls on their Home Phone service. For those that are, our standard call prices (even without this benefit) are on average already around 50% cheaper than the other major providers.
We’re re-investing the money we will save through these changes by launching four exciting new benefits for Gold Talk homeowners, and introducing a really competitive new fixed price energy tariff for Double Gold homeowners, offering them even greater savings! And because we are committed to treating our Members fairly, all these changes and benefits will apply equally to both new and existing Members.
We’ve already had a fantastic start to 2015 with more than 6,000 new Partners joining the business in the first 10 weeks… and with the exciting new benefits, cheaper energy prices, and our focus on Savings, Simplicity & Service, it’s shaping up to be our best year yet!
