National Group Leader

For a UW Partner to be promoted to National Group Leader (NGL), they must gather a minimum of 50 personal customers, have a group base of 7000 customers, plus have one Team Leader, two Senior Team Leaders, two Group Leaders, and two Senior Group Leaders in their team. The maximum annual income of a National Group Leader is £150,000, although with further ‘star promotions’, National Group Leaders can earn a further £150,000 per annum.
