As soon as a new Partner joins, they have immediate access to Utility Warehouse training, mentorship, and an ongoing program of development, training and support. 

New UW Partners have the opportunity to be supported one-to-one by a more experienced UW Partner who’s role it is to help with gathering customers and earning commission during this crucial start-up period.

Key to ensuring that Company growth is founded on the highest standards of training and support has been the Company’s leadership. Charles Wigoder, Executive Chairman, is a successful entrepreneur with a very strong track record. Before joining Telecom Plus he founded Peoples Phone in 1988, building it into the UK’s first virtual mobile network, with 10% of the UK market.

Andrew Lindsay, MBE, Co-Chief Executive Officer, has an exceptional level of drive and determination as evidenced by his Gold Medal winning performance at the Sydney Olympic Games in 2000. They are supported by an experienced, dedicated and hard-working team of professional managers, and over 1,000 full-time employees. Utility Warehouse is in the right place to grow substantially over the next few years. Key to this will the Company’s continued investment in training and supporting their Partner Network.

Stuart Burnett, Co-Chief Executive Officer, having spent his first two years as the company’s COO, was promoted to C-CEO in 2021. Stuart began his corporate career as a lawyer at Slaughter & May after reading law at Oxford University. He worked in senior roles with RSA Insurance Group PLC, and TSB Banking Group PLC, before joining Utility Warehouse in 2016 as Legal and Compliance Director.
